The Pennsylvania State Lottery visited Summit Hill today as part of the observance of St. Stanislaus' golden jubilee year and the second annual Summit Hill Community Improvement Organization's festival. Various borough officials took part in the proceedings. A lottery official said it is a form of "voluntary taxation" in the state serving two purposes: to provide revenue and to have an impact on organized crime.
