State police at the Schuylkill Haven barracks released their statistical report of activities for the month of August.

In the criminal division there were 257 offenses reported with 257 found, 141 were cleared and 95 arrests made. In the traffic division there were 37 crashes investigated, with eight hit-and-runs, 20 injured, no fatalities, five drunk driving arrests, one DUI-related crash, 133 citations issued and 49 written warnings handed out.There was 633 incidents for the month.
