Lansford police have issued nontraffic citations to the following people:

Lisa Colwell, 26, Moscow, Lackawanna County: Disorderly conduct at 1:50 a.m. July 10 on the 300 block of W. Abbott Street; Krista Connelo, 23, of 221 North Lehigh St., Tamaqua: Harassment at 1:50 a.m. July 10 on the 300 block of W. Abbott Street; Amanda Beshock, 20, of 207 E. Bertsch St., Lansford: Harassment at 1:50 a.m. July 10 on the 300 block of W. Abbott Street.; A 13 year-old boy from Lansford was cited for retail theft as a result of an incident which took place at 7:33 p. m. Aug. 5 at Boyer's Market. The boy attempted to remove a five-pack of BIC lighters; Anna Shuck, 30, of 541 E. Abbott St., Lansford, and two 12-year-old girls from Lansford were cited as a result of an incident which took place at 4:09 p. m. Aug. 18 on the 500 block of E. Abbott Street. All were cited for harassment; Brian Dennis, 34, of 370 W. Snyder Ave., Lansford: Cited for trespassing, public drunkenness, and disorderly conduct after being observed urinating in public outside 102 E. Patterson St. at 4:36 p. m. Aug. 20; Donald Fernandes III, 20, of 120 E. Holland St., Summit Hill: Cited for underage drinking, public drunkenness, and disorderly conduct for urinating on a vehicle. The incident occurred at 3:39 a.m. Aug. 20 at 710 E. Front Street after two residents observed the individual at the vehicle. Both residents detained him until police arrived. After being arrested, it was discovered that there was an outstanding warrant for Fernandez out of Dauphin County. He was transported to Carbon County prison; Scott Nahf, 45, no address: Cited for disorderly conduct for urinating in public in the Bank of America lot on West Ridge Street at 2:41 p. m. Aug. 20; Jason Rao, of 3 W. Water St., Lansford: Violation of the borough's dog ordinance at 9:30 p. m. Aug. 19 on Water Street for allowing a dog to bark continuously for several hours; Christopher Pyle, 24, of 326 E. Bertsch St., Lansford: Cited for harassment as a result of an incident which occurred at 11:30 a.m. July 20 at that residence; A 14-year-old girl from Tamaqua was cited for retail theft as a result of an incident which took place on July 21 at Boyer's Market. She was found to be in possession of three containers of iced tea and a container of fruit punch; Brandon Nash, 19, of 305 Ridge Terrace, Coaldale: Cited for harassment as a result of an incident which took place at 3:44 p. m. July 28 on Bertsch Street; Seth Reinhart, 32, of 222 E. Snyder Ave., Lansford: Cited for harassment and public drunkenness as a result of an incident which took place at 1:40 p. m. July 21 at his residence.
