Candlelight Vigil
The 10th annual Memorial 9-11 Candlelight Vigil will take place at 7 p.m., Sunday, Sept. 11, at the American Legion West End Memorial Post 927, Gilbert.The program includes the Pocono Region Pipe and Drum, guest singer Kim Sutton, state representatives, New York Fire Department, U.S. Military, a memorial presentation and special guest Staff Sgt.
