The Carbon Schuylkill Community Theater will host open call auditions for its December production of "A Christmas Carol."

Performers age 7 through senior citizens are encouraged to audition for this holiday season favorite. Auditions will take place at

H.T.O. Services, 255 E. Ridge St., Lansford (formerly The Studio), Oct. 6 from 4-6:30 p.m. and again on Saturday, Oct. 8 from 2-4:30 p.m.Performers do not need to be experienced, but dedication is required.In addition to actors and actresses, there is also a need for stage hands, technical crew and general assistance.Production dates and times are 7 p.m. on Dec. 9-10 at The Summit Hill Heritage Center in Summit Hill.Contact
