2011 is the first year since 1938 that Ruth Rinker has not entered herbs at The West End Fair. She is an honorary member of the Pocono Herb Club. Rinker won a prize at the fair for being the oldest person from Hamilton Township at age 90. She still works at the fair watching the group exhibits and answering questions. The theme for the group exhibits is "Howdy Partner."
