Robert Smith of Polk Township was arrested by state police at the lehighton barracks on a charge of disorderly conduct after an incident at 9:07 p.m. Aug. 30 at 10 Valley Road West, Polk Township.

Police said the victim in the case is Doug Cramer, also of Monroe County. No other information on the incident was released by police.
