Charges are pending against a Long Pond man after Pocono Mountain Regional Police found drug paraphernalia in his possession.

According to police, on Aug. 30, at 1:35 a.m., officers conducted a traffic stop along Grey Birch and Long Pond roads, Long Pond, for a vehicle code violation. Upon addressing the driver, officers detected the odor of marijuana and observed drug paraphernalia inside the vehicle.A search of the vehicle revealed additional paraphernalia. Officers determined that the owner of the contraband was Triston Fraser, 20, who was a passenger in the vehicle.Charges are pending through Judge Claypool's office.
