Keim St., New Ringgold, was granted a divorce from Susan E. Stine, 415 E. Elm St., Tamaqua. They were married Nov. 24, 1997.Stephen Slinski, Tremont, was granted a divorce from Kristel M. Roeder, Pottsville. They were married Aug. 19, 2006.Michael E Ashline, Mount Carmel, was granted a divorce from Karen A. Ashline, Ashland. They were married Sept. 27, 2003.Cory A. Schlegel, Hegins, was granted a divorce from Nancy T. Schlegal, Valley View. They were married April 15, 1989.Michael J. Kaplafka was granted a divorce from Sandra L. They were married Nov. 24, 1995.Drop chargesRussell Franklin Mauger, 49, Sheppton, after a hearing before Senior Judge D. Michael Stine, had a criminal contempt charge dropped because the Commonwealth had not met its burden of proof.He was named a suspect of a burglary at the home of the victim on Spring Mountain Drive, North Manheim Township, who had a protection from abuse (PFA) order against him.Jeffrey James Greenmburg, 42, Pottsville, also had criminal contempt charges dismissed because of lack of evidence.Jason Todd Ney, 40, Pine Grove, was found not guilty of criminal attempt for lack of proof. He was accused of violating his PFA order by entering the home of the victim at 405 Rock Road, Pine Grove.David George Dillow, Palo Alto, had the charges against him withdrawn by the district attorney's office for lack of evidence. Dillow was accused of entering the resident of the victim at 16 Middle Street, Minersville.
