A driver was cited following a one vehicle crash that occurred about 6:20 p.m. on Sunday, Aug. 21, along Brockton Mountain Drive, in Schuylkill Township, Schuylkill County.

State police at Frackville said Kerry D. Ulrich, 44, of Mahanoy City, was driving a 1999 Saturn northbound in heavy rain when he lost control while negotiating a left curve. The car struck a tree along the berm with the front end. Ulrich was not injured but the vehicle had to be towed from the scene.Troopers said Ulrich was cited for driving on roadways laned for traffic.
