Summit Hill Borough Council finally took action on the long-standing complaint of Mrs. Natalie Spezialetti by voting to have a dilapidated house next to hers torn down on West Ludlow Street. Mrs. Spezialetti had complained about the property at council meetings for the past two years. She brought pieces of slate which fell from the roof of the house. Neighbors sometimes helped her carry the slate to meetings.
