A Jim Thorpe man faces charges of unauthorized use of a vehicle and theft from a vehicle.

Gregory Alan Lazorick, 39, of 30 E. Fourth St. was charged by borough police after he used a vehicle owned by David Kresge and took a Walmart gift card from the vehicle. Lazorick used the card in Mahoning Township, and so faces charges by police in that municipality.The Jim Thorpe incident occurred between noon and 6 p.m. May 12.
