State police at Frackville are investigating a retail theft incident that occurred at a store in the Schuylkill Mall, New Castle Township.

About 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Aug. 16, a female attempted to leave the Sears store with $202.96 worth of clothing without paying for it. She was confronted by loss prevention personnel upon leaving the store.The woman pushed the store employee and fled on foot.Anyone with information concerning this incident is asked to call troopers at (570)-874-5300.
