Tamaqua police are investigating the theft of gold jewelry, reported missing from a home on Wednesday, Aug. 10.

Lisa Dotter, 22, of 218 Orwigsburg St., called police after discovering that a gold necklace and a gold ring were missing from her home.The items were discovered later that day in a Lehighton pawn shop.Charges are pending.
