A Schuylkill County teen is facing a charge of criminal mischief following an incident that occurred on Friday, Aug. 12, about 6:26 p.m. behind the Wheelabrator plant along Morea Road in Mahanoy Township.

State police at Frackville have charged Cody Lee Koller, 18, of Morea, with the charge. Troopers allege that Koller shot the side window out of a D-8 bulldozer parked at the above stated location. At the time of the incident Koller was accompanied by a 13-year-old male, also from Morea.The property is owned by James V. Ryan Jr., of Pottsville, troopers said.
