Tamaqua police are investigating the theft of several articles from an unlocked vehicle, which was parked on East End Avenue. The theft was reported at 3:10 p.m. on Aug. 4.

Taken in the theft were a Magellan GPS unit, rolled coins and the vehicle registration cards.Anyone with information concerning this incident is asked to call police at (570) 668-6100.
