Two people cited in Monroe County.

State police at Fern Ridge said the incident occurred along Mohawk Avenue, in Effort. Troopers said Lisa Endrich-Annesley, 52, and Edward Joseph Endrich, 50, engaged in a physical altercation at the above location in which both complained of minor injuries inflicted by the other.Troopers cited both for harassment.
