Lehighton police cited Thomas W. Bates, 28, of 211 S. Walnut St. Slatington, for theft of services. The incident took place at 1:30 p.m. on June 1 at Sapore's Restaurant, E. Bridge St.

Also cited was David G. Betz, 28, of 213 North Avenue, Jim Thorpe, who was cited for disorderly conduct at 2:41 on July 29. The incident occurred in the 200 block of North 12th Street.
