Tamaqua Police are investigating a break-in that occurred sometime over the weekend at the Lehigh Tire Company on SR-309 north of Tamaqua. Around 6 a.m. this morning, an employee opened the front door and noticed everything inside was strewn around and that a small side window was smashed. Tamaqua Police officer Matt Bynon is investigating. Tamaqua Crime Watch organization is offering a one-time $250 reward for information leading to an arrest and conviction of the criminal.
