A Lansford man was cited by Tamaqua police Monday after allegedly causing a disturbance at the Willing Bike and Skate Park.

Police were dispatched to the area, located behind Boyer's Food Mart, at 3:55 p.m., when Nicholas H. Lambert, 25, of 311 E. Abbott St., Lansford, was observed chasing after people in the park, as well as throwing food and magazines at them.Lambert was cited for disorderly conduct and littering.
