A Jim Thorpe man is facing several charges after having several contacts with borough police during July.

Borough police said Dean W. Tessitor, 50, of 323 South Ave., was involved with officers on several occasions. Police gave the following report on the incidents.On July 4 around 4:44 a.m. police were dispatched to Tessitore's residence for a domestic incident. On scene Lisa Goida, identified as Tessitore's girlfriend, said he came home highly intoxicated, argued with her, and threw a micowave through the front window. Officers observed the micowave lying in front of the home with the front window smashed out.Tessitore was told he was being arrested for disorderly conduct and other charges would be pending after police spoke with the landlord of the building. Tessitore was then released to a relative from Lansford and told not to return to the residence until he was sober.At 1:15 p.m. police were called back to the residence by the landlord who stated Tessitore was casuing a disturbance. Upon arrival officers took Tessitore, who was still highly intoxicated, into custody. The landlord, however, did want to press charges so Tessitore was returned to Lansford.On July 16 about 9:37 p.m. officers were called back to the South Avenue address for another active domestic incident involving Goida and Tessitore. Upon arrival Tessitore was found to be under the influence and arguing with Goida. She told officers she was leaving the residence to stay with a friend. Tessitore was warned not to cause any more problems.At 10:21 p.m. officers observed Tessitore staggering down Packer Hill. He was placed under arrest and charged with public drunkenness.On July 18 about 1:55 p.m. police were again dispatched to the South Ave. home and were told a man was observed urinating in buckets and pouring it around outside the residence.Upon arrival officers made contact with Tessitore and were informed that there were two outstanding warrants for his arrest issued by District Judge Casimir Kosciolek, of Lansford. Tessitore was taken into custody and transported to Kosciolek's office where he was sentenced to serve 10 days in the county jail. Tessitore was also informed that there were two more summary citations pending against him.
