With a method in their madness and sleep in their eyes, members of the Weissport Wildcats and the Union Hill Bears, soft ball teams, passed the 1130th inning mark at 3:30 p.m. today in their quest for national marathon honors. The Wildcats were out in front 90-85. The two teams were refreshed by cooling rain fall early this afternoon and are now prepared to go through to break the existing mark of 1,200. Having as their purpose the idea of proving that no marathon game record to date is legitimate, the two teams hit the first ball and circuit the bases for each hit.
