State police at Frackville are investigating a burglary at a Schuylkill County business.

Troopers said the Tastee Freeze building, located at 63 Ringtown Blvd., Shenandoah Heights, in West Mahanoy Township, was entered sometime between 12:45 and 1:20 a.m. on Monday, July 25.The criminals pried open a rear door of the business to gain entry. Once inside they went through the business and then fled. Nothing was apparently taken. The building is owned by Louann Rader, troopers noted.Troopers are also investigating a criminal mischief incident. Troopers said a tractor trailer rig parked in the 1100 block of Keystone Blv.d, in Cass Township, was entered and the console area was damaged. The vehicle was unlocked.The rig is owned by J.B. Hunt Transport Inc. Damages were estimated at $200. The incident occurred sometime between July 19-21.Anyone with information on either incident is asked to call troopers at (570)-874-5300.
