Doris Cohen, 50, of 366 East Alley, Lehighton, has been cited by Lehighton police for allowing a dog to run at large.

Cohen was initially cited at 5:30 p.m. July 8 for allowing the dog to roam the 300 block of North Second Street.Police said the second violation happened at 10:15 a.m. on Sunday, July 25, when the dog was running loose in the vicinity of the 300 block of East Alley.Allowing a dog to run loose is a violation of a borough ordinance.
