Charges are pending against a Schuylkill County driver following a one-vehicle crash that occurred about 1 a.m. Tuesday, July 26. State police at Frackville said the accident occurred along SR4002 (Valley Road), in the village of Heckscherville, Cass Township.

Troopers said Tyrone Leiby, 24, of Minersville, was driving a 1990 Jeep Cherokee westbound when he lost control. The Jeep left the road and struck a utility pole. Leiby was not injured.Troopers said Leiby is facing several charges that are pending a blood test result.
