A New Ringgold man is facing criminal charges following an incident that occurred about 12:30-12:35 p.m. on July 21 at 59 Goose Pond Road, in East Brunswick Township, Schuylkill County.

State police at Frackville said Theodore S. Sadorski, 47, and Linda M. Lebel, and a 17-year-old female, were involved in an altercation at that address. The altercation became physical, troopers said, during which Sadorski allegedly caused bruising to Lebel. He also caused the juvenile female to sustain a black and blue mark above her eyebrow and a cut and bruise to her elbow.After the altercation Sadorski loaded a pistol in front of the two women while in the residence. He then fled the scene, troopers said. An arrest warrant was obtained for him and he was taken into custody on July 22.He was arraigned before District Judge James Ferrier, of Orwigsburg, on charges of terroristic threats, simple assault and harassment. Bail was set at $5,000 straight cash, which Sadorski posted and was released.
