State police at Lehighton reported on two driving under the influence (DUI) arrests made by troopers.

About 12:33 a.m. on Sunday, July 24, troopers stopped Roxanne Longenbach, 54, of Coplay, along SR248, near the cantilever, in Lower Towamensing Township, when she was observed traveling in the opposite lanes of travel and throwing items out the window.She was found to be under the influence and was taken to the Palmerton hospital for a blood test. The DUI charge is pending the test results.At 1:43 a.m. on Sunday troopers stopped Stephen L. Jones, 28, of Pocono Lake, along SR209 at the bypass in Lehighton, after being observed committing several motor vehicle code violations. He was found to be under the influence.
