State police at Hazleton reported an arrest made in a theft incident that occurred in Carbon County.

Paul Moon, no age or address given, was charged with the theft, troopers said. It is alleged that Moon removed several pieces of scrap metal - cast iron grates -from the property of the Vogel Bus Company, located along Quakake Road, in Packer Township.Troopers said video surveillance captured the incident which was occurred on Sunday, July 17, about 6:23 p.m.
