ANDREW LEIBENGUTH/TIMES NEWS 70 PPL customers in Rush Township were without power this morning after a tree fell on power lines. Quakake, Tamaqua and Hometown Fire Police closed East Main Street between Quakake and Ginther as PPL and local utility crews replaced fallen lines after a large had fallen on them about 1 miles east of SR309. Hometown, Quakake and Tamaqua fire police closed 4 miles of East Main Street .
