A Rush Township man arrested Sunday following a domestic incident at 22 Wayne Ave., Hometown. Randy R. Bennett, 43, was taken into custody after allegedly pointing a rifle at someone in the residence.

Officers responded at 10:13 p.m. Bennett was arraigned before duty District Judge David Plachko, Port Carbon, on charges of making terroristic threats and reckless endangerment.Bail was set at $5,000 cash.
