DUI arrests reported

Several arrests for driving under the influence (DUI) were reported by state police at Lehighton.

Troopers said on Friday, July 15, about 10:12 p.m. Thomas Peter Grabko, of Kunkletown, was driivng westbound on Serfass Road, in Polk Township, Monroe County, when his vehicle went onto the berm and struck a parked car in the driveway of 160 Serfass Road.Troopers said Grabko failed to stop and continued west on Serfass Road until his vehicle became disabled due to the crash. He was found to be under the influence and is facing DUI and other counts, troopers said.Troopers said about 10:46 p.m. on July 13 troopers made a traffic stop along Gilbert Road, north of Long Mountain Road, in Chestnuthill Township, Monroe County, for a motor vehicle code violation. The driver was identified as Sarah Elizabeth Pratt, 21, of Saylorsburg. She was found to be under the influence and was placed under arrest for DUI, troopers added.About 2:12 a.m. on Sunday, July 17, troopers stopped Kimberly Banning, 45, of Jonas, along SR115 at Gilbert Road, in Chestnuthill Township. She was found to be under the influence and placed under arrest for DUI, troopers said.
