A SCAM summer youth employment program worker, Kelly Schlier of Lehighton, received lavish praise for her honesty from Mrs. Mildred Laky of Lehighton R. 4, a retired psychologist. Mrs. Laky lost a watch, a retirement gift from her staff, at the parking lot near the swimming beach of Beltzville State Park. Schlier found the watch and turned it over to the park office. Mrs. Laky wrote a letter of praise to David L. Kemmerer, park superintendent, praising Schlier.
