A Schuylkill County teen was cited for an incident at a Lehigh County facility for juveniles.

State police at Fogelsville said a 17-year-old male from Coaldale was arrested for terroristic threats and harassment at the Lehigh Learning and Adjustment Center, 2936 Corporate Court, in Lowhill Township.Troopers said the incident occurred about 2:12 p.m. on July 7. Troopers said Andre Young, 33, of Reading, a counselor at the center, was told by the teen he was going to bring a knife to school and stab Noel Powell, 29, of Allentown, in the chest. Powell is also a counselor at the school.The charges were filed through the Lehigh County Juvenile Porbation Office, troopers said.
