Railroad St., Tamaqua, and seeks a judgment for $17,690.56.Revoke probationBrian Lee Filer Sr., 43, Tamaqua, had his probation revoked by Judge Miller and was re-sentenced on a charge of possession of a controlled substance to serve four to 12 months in the county prison with credit for having served 47 days. He must reside at 6 Cherry St., Tamaqua, upon his release and must undergo a mental health and drug and alcohol evaluations.Filer pleaded guilty in June 2010 to a charge of possession of a controlled substance and was placed on probation but violated the terms.Demetrios Manarplaus Jr., 28. Pottsville, had his parole revoked by Judge Cyrus Palmer Dolbin, however, he was immediately granted a new parole because he agreed to undergo drug and alcohol treatment. His six months of liberty was taken away and his new maximum date for discharge was set back to Jan. 12, 2012.He had been found guilty by Judge Dolbin of a charge of possession of a prohibitive weapon after a non-jury trial and served four months in prison and was out on parole when he was found to have violating terms set by the judge.Jason Edward Demanczyk, 38, Pine Grove, had his probation revoked by Judge Dolbin and he was re-sentenced on a charge of indecent assault to serve one to two years in a state correctional institution. On a charge of corruption of minors to serve an additional three to 12 months in the state prison.He had pleaded guilty to the charges and after serving nine months in the county prioson was placed on probation for five years but failed to follow the order fixed by court.
