A Schuylkill County driver is facing a charge of driving under the influence (DUI) following an incident that occurred about 12:11 a.m. on Saturday, July 9, along Sweet Arrow Lake Road at Church Road, in Wayne Township.

State police at Schuylkill Haven said William E. Sidella, 30, of Schuylkill Haven, was stopped at the time and location stated after he was observed driving erratically.He was found to be under the influence, troopers said. Also found was a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia on his person. He will be charged with DUI and two drug counts, troopers added.
