Charged with disorderly conduct

Two Summit Hill residents were charged after they created disturbances in Summit Hill.

According to borough police, on June 5, at 3:15 p.m., police were notified that Emily Kehl, 19, of 360 W. White St., was attending a ball game at the Ginder Field. During that event, she caused a disturbance, annoying people in the vicinity by yelling and using obscene language and gestures.On June 6, at 8:50 p.m., police also received a complaint that Frank Melnick, 23, of 243 E. Hazard St., was making a scene on the street outside his residence. Melnick was yelling, using obscene language.Both were charged with disorderly conduct.
