Kidder Township police report Jeffrey Rousseau, 20, and Deon Frank, 21, both of Brooklyn, N.Y., were cited after an incident at 12:23 a.m. June 26.

Police said they were charged with disorderly conduct after creating a disturbance at the Split Rock Lodge, Lake Harmony.
