State police at the Fogelsville barracks said an Emmaus man was injured when a tractor ran over his leg during an incident at 8:07 p.m. June 28 in Upper Milford Township.

The victim is William Billger, 48. Police said he was transported to the Lehigh Valley Hospital in the Emmaus Ambulance after suffering a possible broken leg.Police said he was operating the controls of a smaller-size tractor with a front end loader while standing near the tractor when one of the rear wheels of the tractor ran over his leg.
