Revoke probation

William Francis McDonald, 42, Girardville, was found to have violated the terms of his probation and was removed by Judge Domalakes and was re-sentenced to serve four to 12 months in the county prison. He was ordered to report to the prison at 9 a..m on July 4. He had pleaded guilty to possession of illegal drugs. This was his second revocation.John M. Edwards, 26, Pottsville, had his probation revoked by Judge Cyrus Palmer Dolbin and he was re-sentence on a charge of theft to serve one to five years in a state correctional institution with credit for serving 201 days in the county prison.John Charles Russen, 21, Pottsville, had his probation revoked by Judge Domalakes and he was re-sentenced on a charge of defiant trespass on property in Minersville to serve six to 12 months in the county prison with credit for serving 44 days and he may participate in the work release program. This was his third revocation.SentencedGary David Miller, 49, Leesport, Berks County, entered a guilty plea to a charge of theft from a truck in the parking lot of Pick-A-Deli Store, Pottsville, and was sentenced by Judge Jacqueline Russell to serve two and one-half years to five years in a state correctional institution and make restitution of $1,033.22 to State Farm Insurance Company and $2,431.46 to William Smith, the victim.Credit card debtMidland Funding, LLC, San Diego, Calif., filed suit against Eric Wertheim, 209 Hope Drive, New Ringgold, alleging he owes $1,394.09 on his credit card.ForeclosureCitiFinancial Services of Pennsylvania filed suit against Anna M. and Joseph T Kristoff II, alleging they have defaulted on mortgage payments and owe $133,305.95 and seek to foreclose on their property at 215 Coal St., Middleport.Divorces GrantedDanielle N. Crawley, Pottsville, was granted a divorce from Mark S. Crawley Jr., Reading. They were married Nov. 20, 2002.Antoinette M. Huntzinger was granted a divorce from Jeffrey Huntzinger, both of Pottsville. They were married May 24, 1997.Randell K. Scholl, Pine Grove, was granted a divorce from Carissa L. Scholl, Kissimmee, Fla. They were married Jan. 8, 1999.Amanda A. Joseph was granted a divorce from Gary W. Joseph Jr., both of Shenandoah. They were married June 10, 2000.Janice L. Long, Ringtown, was granted a divorce from William R. Long Jr., Pottsville. They were married Sept. 10, 1998.Revoke ARDMichele L, Romig, 37, of 101 E. High St., Coaldale, was removed from the Accelerated Rehabilative Disposition (ARD) probation program, which is for first offenders to allow them to clear their name. Romig was found by Judge John E. Domalakes to have violated terms he fixed for her to serve in the program for 12 months. She now faces trial on a charge of violating the public welfare code.Adjudged guiltyFabian McGee, 32, Shenandoah, was found guilty by President Judge William E. Baldwin of a charge of delivery of a controlled substance in Shenandoah. Baldwin ordered a pre-sentence investigation to be completed by the adult probation department and McGee will be sentenced at a later date.
