In a story that appeared on page 14 of Tuesday, June 27, edition of the TIMES NEWS concerning defendants in criminal cases being placed in the probationary Accelerated Rehabilitation Disposition (ARD) program there was incorrect information concerning one of the defendants.

James Robert Connell Sr., 31, of Summit Hill, was placed for a year on charges of driving under the influence (DUI) and possession of drug paraphernalia. The story stated a test revealed a controlled substance in his system. The state police report actually states a test revealed he had a blood/alcohol content of .18 percent.The paper regrets the error.
