"Our office (over its near-40 years) has always been a part of the Chamber.Breidinger said the company specializes in residential/commercial real estate services to customers in Lehigh, Northampton and Carbon counties."We've always been focused on the quality of real estate transactions, not the quantity," he said. "Our job is to take a large process and turn it through with ease, which works by silencing people's fears and concerns, and by taking the time to address their wants and needs, because everybody's different."Despite popular opinion, Breidinger said that the real estate market is "active.""If you're a buyer, now's a good time," he said. "If you're a seller, you're not necessarily stuck with no other option."Charlie and Jackie Breidinger opened their first real estate office in their home in Walnutport in 1974. From there, the office moved to Slatington in 1984, and in 2001, a Schnecksville location was opened.Presently, the firm has offices at 2254 Skyline Drive, Slatington, and 4327 Route 309, Schnecksville.Other staff members include broker Ben Breidinger, Lisa Semler and Karen Wolf, and agents Jim Lorah, June Heller, Jackie Vasko and Karen Pfeiffer.The offices are open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday, and on weekends by appointment.
