The six-man Lansford Borough maintenance cre and borough council remain deadlocked in negotiations centered around a new three-year contract and a strike by the Teamster Union affiliates dating back to June 3 continues. Al Abruzzi, president of Teamster Local 773, said the borough council turned down the latest offer by the employees. The men had asked for a salary increase of 35 cents an hour for the first two years and 30 cents per hour during the third year of the three-year pact.
