A Monroe County business has been cited by the Wilkes-Barre enforcement office of the state liquor control board.

Wildwood 115 Inc., trading as La Roma Pizza & Madd Anthony's Bar, located at HC-3 Box 2517, SR115, in Blakeslee, Tunkhannock Township, was cited for issuing checks or drafts, in payment for purchases of malt or brewed beverages, when there were insufficient funds in or credit with, the institution upon which the draw for payment was made.These charges will be brought before an administrative law judge who has the authority to impose penalties ranging from $50 to $1,000 for minor offenses and up to $5,000 for more serious offenses.In addition the judge can also impose a license suspension or revocation of the license based on the severity of the charge brought.
