A Weatherly woman will be cited by Rush Township Police following a two-vehicle accident in the township on June 20.

Sarah Lech, 20, of was traveling south on SR309 in a Subaru Legacy at 2:44 p.m. Lech attempted to turn onto Tide Road and pulled in front of a northbound Ford Crown Victoria, operated by John W. Albert Jr., of Tamaqua.The Albert vehicle sustained moderate damage and had to be towed from the scene.There were no reported injuries.
