State police at Fern Ridge reported investigating a three-vehicle, rear-end type crash along SR115 near Marian Lane, in Chestnuthill Township, Monroe County.

Troopers said Shannon E. Kelly-Acconzo, 32, of Kunkletown, driving a 2007 Dodge Calibre, Melissa L. Hayes, 40, of Albrightsville, operating a 2009 Kia Rondo, and Christine Ciccone, 40, of Blakeslee, driving a 2005 Nissan Murano, were all southbound, just north of the entrance to the Rite Aid pharmacy.Hayes and Ciccone slowed for traffic ahead of them. Kelly-Acconzo failed to stop and hit the rear of Ciccone's vehicle pushing into Hayes'.Hayes sustained a minor injury in the crash but did not require immediate medical attention. No one else was injured.Troopers cited Kelly-Acconzo for driving a vehicle at an (un) safe speed.
