A domestic incident in Monroe County led to one participant facing a driving under the influence (DUI) charge and the other harassment.

Pocono Mountain Regional police responed to a report of a physical domestic incident on Saturday, June 11, about 6:44 p.m. along SR115 at the Exxon station. Upon arrival officers identified Michael Kester, 39, and Danielle Doucette, 39, both of Scranton, as the two involved. Both said a physical altercation occurred between the two. Also, Kester was found to be intoxicated and witnesses told officers he was observed driving a vehicle at the site.Kester was placed under arrest for DUI and Doucette was issued a citation for harassment.
