Both drivers involved in a crash in Schuylkill County will be cited. State police at Schuylkill Haven said the accident occurred at 3:56 p.m. on Tuesday, June 14, at the intersection of SR61 and Greenview Road, in North Manheim Township.

Troopers said Mark D. Marks Sr., 40, of Schuylkill Haven, was stopped on Greenview facing west and attempting to make a left turn while Daniel Brito, 57, of Reading, was northbound on 61. Troopers said Marks pulled out not seeing Brito. The front right corner bumper of Marks' 2006 Chevrolet Suburban struck the right front door of Brito's 1990 GMC truck.Upon impact the GMC spun clockwise and came to rest in the southbound turning lane. Marks backed up at impact off the road.A passenger with Marks, Robert Bollerman, 41, of Danville, sustained a minor injury as did Brito. They were taken to the Schuylkill Medical Center-S. Jackson St., Pottsville, for treatment. No one else was injured.Troopers said Marks was cited for duties at stop signs and Brito for driving while under suspension and restraint systems.
