Historical society

The Palmerton Area Historical Society will hold its regular monthly meeting on Monday, June 13, in the gallery of the Palmerton Area Library. The program for the evening will be presented by Mary Behler on her hobby of Parchment Craft. A brief business meeting will start at 7 p.m., followed by the program. The public is invited to attend, without cost or obligation.Vacation Bible SchoolDates for Vacation Bible School are June 20-24 from 6-8 p.m. at First UCC on Delaware Avenue, Palmerton. The Vacation Bible School is a cooperative effort between First UCC, Holy Trinity Lutheran, St. John's UCC, St. John's Episcopal and Salem United Methodist churches.The theme will be Gospel Light's Son Surf Beach Bash.
