A Monroe County man was jailed this week for violating the conditions of a protection from abuse (PFA) order.

State police at Fern Ridge said Raymond Ianuale, 49, of Saylorsburg, followed Lucrezia Ann Azzolini, 45, of East Stroudsburg, to a friend's house along Evergreen Hollow Rd., in Effort, Chestnuthill Township, on Wednesday, June 1, about 9:15 p.m. When she left the friend's home Ianuale attempted to follow her again. Troopers said the PFA order prohibits Ianuale from stalking or harassing Azzolini.Ianuale was taken into custody without incident. He was arraigned before a district judge and committed to the county prison in Snydersville after failing to post $2,500 straight cash bail.
