A Tamaqua man was cited for multiple violations after police observed him operating a dirt bike on borough streets on May 21.

An officer was on patrol in the East End section and observed the dirt bike turning left on to Patterson Street, then turn on Arlington, going the wrong way. The operator was stopped and identified as Kerry Scott Fulmer, 40, of 513 Lombard St. Fulmer was cited for operating a dirt bike on a borough street, driving while under suspension and driving without insurance.
